HR Specialist

We are looking for a motivated HR Specialist to join our team and support our employees through effective HR practices, strong communication, and efficient coordination across various HR functions

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role
Good knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, and personnel administration
Good understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and HR policies is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn and develop within the HR field
